A champion and supportive force for women to achieve insight and knowledge, and enable them to flourish in the real estate industry.

Sharon has been involved in research and advocacy on behalf of women of the real estate industry, spearheading a series of CREW Network Benchmark Studies of leading white papers supporting women in achieving the insight and knowledge that enables them to prosper.

Sharon's leadership as Co-Chair of the CREW Network Industry Research Committee resulted in a benchmark study conducted in partnership with Cornell University entitled, Success and Satisfaction in Commercial Real Estate; Retaining Top Leaders as well as the development of the Women in Commercial Real Estate. Other publications include: An Introduction to Compensation – Demystifying the Compensation Package and Repositioning Your Real Estate Career to Succeed in an Era of Change.

Sharon also serves as a Co-Chair of the CRE Chicago’s Leadership & Professional Development Committee, spearheading the development of the Annual Leadership Forum Series, a year-long series of workshops covering such themes as: The Inspirational Leader, The Mindful Leader, and The Strategic Leader, all focused on developing and grooming confident leaders.

Sharon is a frequent speaker. Her work has appeared in industry and business publications. Ranked in the top 10% of speakers and educators globally, Sharon received the CoreNet Global Luminary Award, and the Real Estate Journal Impact Award – as Woman with Greatest Impact on the Real Estate Industry, and in 2016 was named CREW Member of the Year.

Sharon has served on the Board of CoreNet and on the Executive Committee of USGBC Illinois. She served a two-year term as President of CREW Chicago. And for the past five years Sharon has been serving at the Career Transition Center of Chicago, providing one-on-one coaching and workshops for professionals addressing career transitions.
